SUMMER CAMP
Shooting is a fun and engaging hobby and sport, shared by young and old, as well as by people of differing physical abilities. It is also an opportunity to develop leadership, citizenship, and character. This camp is geared for young, first-time shooters (ages 11 and older). Campers will learn to shoot with advanced training pistols (Sig Sauer P320-M17 Air Pistols). These air pistols are not firearms, but they offer an excellent opportunity to introduce kids to firearms, firearms safety, and recreational competitive shooting. Instruction will focus, first and foremost, on firearms safety and respect for the responsibilities inherent in firearms ownership & use. Campers and parents can expect a mature, respectful and disciplined environment, with emphasis on safety, responsibility and character.
Water/Food
- Campers bring their own water bottle and will not share.
- Ice water refill will be available from a water cooler, which will be sanitized each day.
- Campers bring their own snacks (if desired). Snacks will not be available from camp staff.
Sanitation
- Hand sanitizer is available to all campers and staff throughout the day.
- A porta-potty is available at the camp location.
